Maria is the Assistant to the Bands at Radnor High School in Radnor, PA. She went to school at Radnor High School. During those 4 years, she marched in the color guard and played bass clarinet during concert season. 20 years after graduating, Maria came back to start a winter guard program. Currently Maria is the director of the Radnor winter guard.

Stacy Andrews is a Training Coordinator at Benefits Data Trust in Philadelphia, PA. Originally from Bridgewater, NJ, she attended Bridgewater-Raritan High School where she participated in the marching band and indoor guard from 2003-2007. After high school she went to West Chester University where she marched in the band from 2008-2011 and graduated in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with a minor in Exercise Science. Independent marching experience includes Jersey Surf Drum and Bugle Corps 2006-2009, Phantom Regiment 2010-2011 and Black Watch Indoor Guard 2009-2010 and 2012-2015 . Stacy currently teaches Radnor High School and taught the Jersey Surf Colorguard 2012-2016, as well as Haverford High School and Bridgewater-Raritan High School in the past.

Shannon is an Account Manager at STP Investment Services in West Chester, PA. She went to school at Bridgewater Raritan High School in Bridgewater, NJ. While there, she marched the winter guard from 2006-2010 and the marching band from 2006-2009. She then went to West Chester University where she graduated in 2014 with a degree in Mathematical Finance and a minor in Finance. While there, she marched The West Chester University Incomparable Golden Rams Marching Band from 2010-2014. During this time she also marched the Jersey Surf Drum Corps in 2011, The Phantom Regiment Drum Corps in 2013, and the Black Watch Independent World winter guard from 2011-2014. She currently teaches the Radnor High School marching band and winter guard as well the the West Chester University color guard.

Eliza is a Senior Associate Technical Designer at Lilly Pulitzer in King of Prussia, PA. She went to school at Radnor High School in Radnor, PA. While there, she marched the winter guard from 2005-2009 and the marching band from 2005-2008. She then went to Drexel University where she graduated in 2013 with a degree in Fashion Design. She currently teaches the Radnor High School marching band and winter guard.
Since "retiring" as a band director in 2009, Drew has been a full-time marching arts designer, consultant, and adjudicator for marching bands, winter guards, indoor percussion ensembles, and Drum Corps. He is also the owner of Band Media, Inc (DBA Marching Show Concepts, INC, and Center X Productions).
Drew began designing drill in 2003 and has been full-time entrepreneur for the last 10 years. In addition to drill design, he has also been a guard designer for multiple BOA regionals, state finalists, and a WGI Regional champion in 2009. Inspired by some of the best designers in the world, Drew brings an eclectic style of writing due to his involvement in all aspects of the marching arts. Drew earned his Bachelor’s of Music Education from Murray State University a long time ago. Yeah, he's getting old. He has been a part of or had groups perform with many organizations including the Collegiate Music Educator’s National Conference, Texas Music Educators Association, Texas Color Guard Association, UIL, KMEA, UsBands, South East Color Guard Association, Winter Guard International, Bands of America, Drum Corps International, Phi Mu Alpha, and many more! Drew is an alumnus of the Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps, where he marched mellophone in 2002 and 2003. Drew currently resides in Kentucky with his wife Kaleigh, daughters Lilleigh & Lorelai, son Luke and their two dogs Ben and Sammy!
Michael started his color guard journey with the Pennsbury High School Marching Band from 2001-2005. He then attended Indiana University of PA where he received a degree in digital and visual graphics. While there he marched in the IUP Marching Band 2005-2009 and Top Hats Winterguard 2008-2010. After graduating, he marched Onyx 2011-2012, Pride of Cincinnati 2013 (IW Gold Medalists) and Black Watch 2014. Drum corps experience includes Jersey Surf 2007-2008 and Reading Buccaneers 2016-2017. He has many years of experience designing and instructing scholastic and independent indoor and outdoor programs throughout IN, OH, PA, WV and NJ. He has also been a part of the FJM summer clinics which run leadership and color guard clinics all over the country. Most recently he has worked with Neshaminy High School color guard 2014-2019 and Abington high school indoor 2015-2018.
Movement Instructor & Choreographer
Lexi DiFilippo hails from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where she attended the High School for Creative and Performing Arts directed by LaDeva Davis. During her time at CAPA, Lexi was appointed as dance captain of the dance department and choreographed works for department concerts, the 6ABC Thanksgiving Day Parade, television promotions for the Kimmel Center, and department concerts. In 2012, she was chosen to be a workshop assistant for Artists Simply Human’s first national tour where she assisted choreographers such as Wes Veldink, Christopher Huggins, Braham Crane, and Dee Caspary. She earned her BFA in Dance Performance from Chapman University where she trained under Ido Tadmor, Julianne O'Brien, Alicia Guy, Jennifer Backhaus, Charles Maple, and more. While at school, Lexi received numerous performance awards and was selected for exclusive performance opportunities such as a live choreography lab with Dwight Rhoden, the Musco Center of the Arts "Community Opening Day" gala, and the Technology for Live Performance course showcase at Cirque Du Soleil's Zumanity Theater in Las Vegas. Since relocating back to Philadelphia, Lexi has worked as a teaching artist for Philadelphia School District after school programs and as a freelance instructor and choreographer.
Jaclyn is also an account manager at STP Investment Services in West Chester, PA. She went to school at Central Buck HS - West in Doylestown, PA. While at CB West, she performed in both the marching band and indoor guard from 2006 - 2009. After High School, Jackie originally attended the University of Pittsburgh and was apart of the 2009 Pitt Band. She then transferred to West Chester University her freshmen year of college and was a part of the West Chester University Incomparable Golden Rams Marching Band Color Guard from 2010 – 2012. Independent Winter Guard experience includes Field of View Open Guard (2010) and The Black Watch (2011-2014). During her summers, Jackie marched and taught Windsor Regiment (2012), marched C2 (2013), and finally taught C2 (2014). Jackie has taught at multiple local high schools including Garnet Valley (2011-2013), Phoenixville (2013-2014), Plymouth Whitemarsh (2014-2015), Daniel Boone (2014-2017), and Downingtown HS – East (2017-2019).
Rob is currently a second-year law student at Drexel University Kline School of Law where he is focusing on criminal litigation. Rob grew up and got his start in the marching arts in Horsham, PA as a trumpet player with the Hatboro-Horsham Marching Unit. After high school, Rob went on to attend West Chester University to receive his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. As a student at WCU, Rob performed with the Incomparable Golden Rams Marching Band from 2012 to 2014. In addition to his time performing with scholastic ensembles, Rob has varied independent marching experiences including The Jersey Surf Drum and Bugle Corps, The Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps, and Main Line Independent. Rob has taught marching band at Hatboro-Horsham High School, Radnor High School, and is currently in his third season with Upper Moreland High School where he focuses on various aspects of the visual program ranging from drill, marching technique, band proper choreography, and color guard. Rob is excited to return to the faMLI after spending the inaugural season with Main Line!
Emily is currently a Patient Coordinator for Penn Medicine Home Care and Hospice. She attended Downingtown East High School where she participated in the marching band from 2008-2012 and performed with the winter guard in 2012 and 2013. She then went to West Chester University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, as well as a Master’s Degree in Community Nutrition. While attending WCU, Emily marched the West Chester University Incomparable Golden Rams Marching Band from 2014-2016. Her independent marching experience includes Field of View A (2014-2015), Hawthorne Caballeros Drum and Bugle Corps (2015-2016) and Main Line Independent (2017). Emily also teaches Garnet Valley High School’s marching band and indoor color guard (2014-present).
Kimmy is a lead infant teacher at Life Discovery School in Springfield, PA. She began her color guard career at Springfield High School, participating in both the marching band and winter guard programs. After high school Kimmy attended West Chester University where she graduated in 2013. While there she was a member of the Incomparable Golden Rams Marching Band for 5 years, two of which she served as captain. Her other marching experience includes Jersey Surf Drum Corps (2007-2008, 2010-2013), Field of View Winter Guard (2010-2014), and The Black Watch Winter Guard (2015-2019). She currently teaches Haverford High School, Penncrest High School, and the Jersey Surf color guard.
Kate Currie is an Outpatient Physical Therapist at ATI Physical Therapy. She attended Drexel University and received her Bachelors Degree in Health Sciences in 2011 before becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2016 through the University of the Sciences. Marching experience includes Archbishop Wood 2003-2007, Reading Buccaneers 2012 & 2017 and Black Watch Indoor Guard 2011-2012. Kate currently teaches the Abington High School Colorguard and has taught the Abington Drumline and Archbishop Wood Junior Guard in the past.
Melissa is an Operations Manager at Vair Corporation in Frederick, Md. She went to school at C.D. East High School in Harrisburg, Pa. She then attended Hood College where she graduated with a degree in Business Administration, minor in Finance. Through the years she has assisted with the Camp Hill Winter guard 2011-2016, C.D. East Marching Band 2013-2014, Radnor High School Winter Guard 2017-present and Main Line Independent Winter Guard 2017-present.
Leaha is a Digital Designer at Pep Boys in Philadelphia, PA. She earned her degree in Graphic Design from Kutztown University between 2012-2016 where she was a member of the color guard, including captain in 2016. After graduating she marched Reading Buccaneers Drum & Bugle corps in 2016 and returned in 2018. Her first and last year of indoor was with Main Line Independent 2018 but she loves being able to continue to help the organization by building this website!
