Maria is the Assistant to the Bands at Radnor High School in Radnor, PA. She went to school at Radnor High School. During those 4 years, she marched in the color guard and played bass clarinet during concert season. 20 years after graduating, Maria came back to start a winter guard program. Currently Maria is the director of the Radnor winter guard.

Stacy Andrews is the Instructional Design Manager at Benefits Data Trust in Philadelphia, PA. Originally from Bridgewater, NJ, she participated in the Bridgewater-Raritan High School marching band and indoor guard from 2003-2007. She attended West Chester University where she marched in the band from 2008-2011 and graduated in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with a minor in Exercise Science. Independent marching experience includes Jersey Surf Drum and Bugle Corps 2006-2009, Phantom Regiment 2010-2011 and Black Watch Indoor Guard 2009-2010 and 2012-2015 . Stacy has taught at Radnor High School, Jersey Surf Drum & Bugle Corps, Bridgewater-Raritan High School, and Haverford High School.

Shannon is an Assistant Vice President of Operations and Account Manager at STP Investment Services in West Chester, PA. She went to school at Bridgewater Raritan High School in Bridgewater, NJ. While there, she marched the winter guard from 2006-2010 and the marching band from 2006-2009. She then went to West Chester University where she graduated in 2014 with a degree in Mathematical Finance and a minor in Finance. While there, she marched The West Chester University Incomparable Golden Rams Marching Band from 2010-2014. During this time she also marched the Jersey Surf Drum Corps in 2011, The Phantom Regiment Drum Corps in 2013, and the Black Watch Independent World winter guard from 2011-2014. She currently teaches the West Chester University color guard.
Eliza is a Senior Associate Technical Designer at Lilly Pulitzer in King of Prussia, PA. She went to school at Radnor High School in Radnor, PA. While there, she marched the winter guard from 2005-2009 and the marching band from 2005-2008. She then went to Drexel University where she graduated in 2013 with a degree in Fashion Design. She currently teaches the Radnor High School marching band and winter guard.
Since "retiring" as a band director in 2009, Drew has been a full-time marching arts designer, consultant, and adjudicator for marching bands, winter guards, indoor percussion ensembles, and Drum Corps. He is also the owner of Band Media, Inc (DBA Marching Show Concepts, INC, and Center X Productions).
Drew began designing drill in 2003 and has been full-time entrepreneur for the last 10 years. In addition to drill design, he has also been a guard designer for multiple BOA regionals, state finalists, and a WGI Regional champion in 2009. Inspired by some of the best designers in the world, Drew brings an eclectic style of writing due to his involvement in all aspects of the marching arts. Drew earned his Bachelor’s of Music Education from Murray State University a long time ago. Yeah, he's getting old. He has been a part of or had groups perform with many organizations including the Collegiate Music Educator’s National Conference, Texas Music Educators Association, Texas Color Guard Association, UIL, KMEA, UsBands, South East Color Guard Association, Winter Guard International, Bands of America, Drum Corps International, Phi Mu Alpha, and many more! Drew is an alumnus of the Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps, where he marched mellophone in 2002 and 2003. Drew currently resides in Kentucky with his wife Kaleigh, daughters Lilleigh & Lorelai, son Luke and their two dogs Ben and Sammy!
Michael started his color guard journey with the Pennsbury High School Marching Band from 2001-2005. He then attended Indiana University of PA where he received a degree in digital and visual graphics. While there he marched in the IUP Marching Band 2005-2009 and Top Hats Winterguard 2008-2010. After graduating, he marched Onyx 2011-2012, Pride of Cincinnati 2013 (IW Gold Medalists) and Black Watch 2014. Drum corps experience includes Jersey Surf 2007-2008 and Reading Buccaneers 2016-2017. He has many years of experience designing and instructing scholastic and independent indoor and outdoor programs throughout IN, OH, PA, WV and NJ. He has also been a part of the FJM summer clinics which run leadership and color guard clinics all over the country. Most recently he has worked with Neshaminy High School color guard 2014-2019 and Abington high school indoor since 2015.
Tyler is the Communications Coordinator at Benefits Data Trust Inc. in Philadelphia, PA. He graduated from Southern Regional High School in 2014; he participated in the marching band from 2010-2013, was the drum major his last two years, and joined winter guard in 2014. Following high school, he moved to West Chester, Pennsylvania and attended West Chester University. He graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies and a minor in International Business. Through this time, he was a member of the The West Chester University Incomparable Golden Rams Marching Band from 2014-2016 and joined the color guard staff in 2017. Tyler was also a member of the Black Watch Independent World winter guard in 2015, Field of View Independent World winter guard in 2016, The Cadets Drum Corps in 2016 where he received the outstanding service member of the year award, The Cadets 2 in 2016, and Alter Ego Independent World winter guard in 2017. He currently teaches West Chester University color guard and Radnor High School color guard in Wayne, PA.
Rob comes from Horsham, PA where he started his career in the marching arts world – not with a rifle – but with a trumpet. After graduating from Hatboro-Horsham High School ('08-'11) in 2012, Rob continued his marching career with the West Chester University Incomparable Golden Rams Marching Band ('12-'14) before putting down the trumpet in 2015. Having spent four summers marching DCI (Jersey Surf ’12-’13; The Cavaliers ’14-’15), Rob was in need of a new challenge and outlet after aging out – enter, Main Line Independent (’16). Rob is excited to spend another year with Main Line Independent and bring his eye for detail to the floor to help make the program special!
Joey currently works in the operations department at Qfix-“Positioning Patients for Life” in Avondale, Pennsylvania. Originally from Columbus NJ, he attended Northern Burlington High School, where he participated in the marching band and indoor color guard from 2012-2016. After high school, he attended West Chester University and participated in the band from 2016-2019, and graduated in 2021. Independent indoor seasons include Main Line Independent 2017, Pennsauken Independent 2018, and Main Line Independent 2020. He has also directed West Chester East High School winter guard in 2018 and 2019, and currently teaches the Radnor High School color guard.
Kimmy is a lead infant teacher at Life Discovery School in Springfield, PA. She began her color guard career at Springfield High School, participating in both the marching band and winter guard programs. After high school Kimmy attended West Chester University where she graduated in 2013. While there she was a member of the Incomparable Golden Rams Marching Band for 5 years, two of which she served as captain. Her other marching experience includes Jersey Surf Drum Corps (2007-2008, 2010-2013), Field of View Winter Guard (2010-2014), and The Black Watch Winter Guard (2015-2019). She currently teaches Haverford High School, Penncrest High School, and the Jersey Surf color guard.
Kate is an Outpatient Physical Therapist at Good Shepherd Penn Partners. She attended Drexel University and received her Bachelors Degree in Health Sciences in 2011 before becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2016 through the University of the Sciences. Marching experience includes Archbishop Wood 2003-2007, Reading Buccaneers 2012 & 2017 and Black Watch Indoor Guard 2011-2012. Kate currently teaches the Abington High School Colorguard and has taught the Abington Drumline and Archbishop Wood Junior Guard in the past.
